Hypersphere Trigger Point Ball
Helps release muscle knots and tension through vibration therapy.

What should I wear during my visit?
You should wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.
Most members choose:
• Clean workout clothing
• Athletic shorts and a t-shirt or tank top
• A bathing suit for the hot tub, saunas, and cold plunges
Because several recovery services involve heat, water, and sweating, we recommend wearing clothing that you don't mind getting wet or sweaty.
What amenities are available during my visit?
To make your visit comfortable and convenient, The Sanctuary provides several guest amenities.
Our facility includes:
• Four changing stalls for guests to change before and after their visit
• We kindly ask that guests leave changing stalls open after use for other members
• One towel provided per visit
• A shower with body wash and shampoo available for guest use
